TERMS OF TRADE
By accepting the appointment, the Customer agrees to Our Terms of Trade.
If the Customer does not pay Us the invoiced amount in full on the appointment day, or within the time stipulated in the invoice, We may submit your account to a collection agency. If We do submit your account to a collection agency, You agree that We may recover the outstanding amount specified in the invoice including interest, Our legal costs, bank fees and charges and other expenses incurred in attempting to recover the debt and any fees and commissions or other amounts We pay to any collection agency to act on Our behalf.
DEFINITIONS:
"You", "Your", or "The Customer"; is The Patient for whom the appointment was made, or their guardian if the patient is still a child.
"We", "Our", "Us"; is Together Gynaecology Limited.
